Long time no see everybody! So of course school has started. yay!!! （－＿－）But it's not so bad. It's not as hard as was expecting. I guess Sophmore year is going to be my year lol. And also this year must be about running into people from kidergarten and elementary school! I randomly ran into my best friend from kindergarten, Manizeh, and I really hope we can catch up and be friends again. I missed her!!! And then there's Reed who also went to the same kindergarten as me and she's in my school AND chorus class now. yay! THEN I met one of my elementary school friends, Charles, and we talked forever on our way home (he lives one street down from me but I haven't seen him in years 0_0). It's so awesome talking to people who you haven't seen in forever. I'm so happy now ^^. ♥
So this is just a quick update to say, yes I am alive and I'll comment on people's ljs soon. And that winter is definitely coming. lol

The day before yesterday I saw Ratatouille. It was such a great movie!!! I was surprised to see that most of the people in the theater, which was completely full and when we bought tickets there were only 16 left　(＞ω＜), were adults. Everyone clapped and laughed and it was just a great feeling. The movie is wonderfully animated and I think all of the voices were really good. Plus it takes place in Paris which is plus! The movie made me want to visit Paris even more! ♥ Everyone should see the movie ヽ(´▽`)ノ !

Yay!!!! My twin sister Ashley is finally home ofr summer vacation. I get to bother her for threee months yay!!!! hahahahaha I did miss her I must admit. Even though I saw her when she had breaks I still would get kind of sad when I saw twins together. I wish she didn't love her school so much （；－；）. Anyways I'm still really happy!! I wish my school would end soon. I'm fed up with it. Agghhhhh~~~~~ XD

I had an awesome time this weekend. I went all three days (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) so I definitely got my money's worth XD. There didn't seem to be that many great cosplayers as there were last year but there were some. Especially the Jrock ones ♥ . Anyways, there some great panels and then were some lame ones(because the head people didn't know what they were talking about)　（＞。＜）. But some were interesting and I discovered that I need to read/ watch more Bleach because I was completely clueless at the panel. My friends made fun of me lol. There was a Jrock panel!!! Yay!!! I wish there had been more discussion and less video watching because you can always go home and watch PVs, but us fans rarely get a chance to share our experiences with fellow fans in person. We managed to do some discussion in the end so it was great!!

I also saw Orlena and her friend (whose name I keep forgetting). I bought a Death Note folder, some Bleach pins, Cure magazines, hide toy, Johnny Depp posters (yes I had to have these; he's just that sexy XD),and some manga(I controlled myself this year and only spent my money on stuff I loved). I managed to buy ラブコン(Lovely Complex),きみはペット(Kimi wa Petto)、and キングダムハーツⅡ(Kingdom Hearts 2) manga. It's so much better reading the manga in Japanese than in English. I realized that some funny stuff gets lost in translation 0_0. Plus, Kimi wa Petto (I love the drama so much so I HAD to get the manga) and Lovely Complex are not out in America so I'm really happy to have them. Yay for new manga!!!

Orlena: I wanted to say bye and hang out but I got distracted and then when I called after, you didn't pick up your phone(つд｀),.
Oh well, I still got to see you which I'm so happy about!!!!!!!!

Overall I had a great time and my vacation was great but WAY too short!! I wish it were longer and today was crazy hot. We all died in track (￣□￣;)!!

Today is my birthday! Yay!!! I am now officially 15. I didn't really want to turn 15 because well it means I'm getting old. But I'm happy that I got so many birthday wishes today. But I am a bit sad since my sister isn't here (stupid boarding school). We always celebreat our birthday together (no duh since we're twins ><) So, it's a little strange but we talked on the phone and stuff and I saw her yesterday since she was here for Easter. The one thing that sucks is that I have a cold but thank God I didn't feel the effects until after I got home. I wish they didn't give work on birthdays.（＾ｖ＾）ｖ

music: nothing since my computer's having issues
It's been almost a month since my last update. I'm sorry!!! I was going to update last week but the cable at my house was torn down so...NO internet and NO phone. I almost died lol but it wasn't as bad I thought it was going to be. I guess I'll be able to survive when we're all destroyed by our own technology XD j/k.

I've been in sort of a dilemma recently because I'm having to choose between dance and track. Dance will always be my first prority but I need to go to some track meets so I have to figure out which ones to miss and which ones I should go to. Hmmm hopefully everything will sort itself out.

Also my guitar teacher has been telling me that I should join a band. I really want to but I don't want to be in an all girl band and so far only girls have asked me to be in a band. I know this is kind of mean but, I couldn't stand to be in an all girl band. It's just not me so yah. Hopefully I will be able to get some boys so I can start a band. By next year I've got to do this.

More news is that Anime Boston is in two weeks. Yay! I'm happy to go and excited but my friends and I are going to avoid all of those crazy otakus. People need to get a life, and that's the risk you run when you go to a convention. Last year my friend Noelia and I started talking to this girl and she seemed pretty normal and then all of a sudden she wouldn't stop and just went on and on and on-it was pretty creepy. So an otaku struck again! lol But the good thing is that not everyone is over-obsessed.^^*

Anyways I hope everyone has a great Easter!!! Happy Easter ♥

My twin sister Ashley has come home for spring break. Yay!!!!! I missed her so much（;＿;）She goes to boarding school (she got a scholarship and wanted to go so...) and so I don't see her except on breaks and weekends when she comes to Boston so, I'm so happy!!!! Yesterday, we went sledding in my backyard. It snowed like crazy!!! I skipped my guitar lesson, and today I skipped my dance class because I wanted to sleep in today and be lazy XD.

Besides that, track starts on Monday!!! I'm happy to get hang out with all my friends on the team again but then again, I'm scared of all the running I'll have to do. I'm going to die if I have to run 3　1/2 miles on the first day like last year! But I've become too lazy so I'm so excited to get extreme exercise. I'm also feeling pressure because I was pretty much the star on my track team and so I really want to be the same this year. But, there are new people so I'm going to have to work extra hard. I didn't really dedicate myself to track or practice jumping except once so, since I'm going to be going to practice more often I'll be a lot faster and better. Wish me luck! lol

Oh, here's my sis and I sledding. You can see that it was snowing a lot.

Today was really warm and nice. It felt like spring! And if you didn't know Spring is my favorite season. It's such a beautiful time and then when it rains... &heart; . I do wish it had snowed more though but it seems that now it's too late for that. I'm becoming so anxious for the end of this school year. I hate the pressure of tests because I know that if I screw up my grades easily go from good to bad. （-_-）*cough*French*cough*

Sorry, I don't update a lot. I seem to always somehow forget or put it off until it's too late. And I swear that this is pretty much the only thing that I procrastinate with on a regular basis!

Well, Happy Valentine's Day everyone!! I hope everyone had a great day. The weather was very wet, snowy, AND sleety today but it was still fun. I had an amazing time at the Dir en grey concert. It was one of the best moments of my life. I got to go backstage and meet them too!!! They were all so nice and sweet. Die's english is really good too^^. This is a quick update but I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Valentine's Day. I hope everyone got tons of chocolate!!! (＊＾ｖ＾＊）

Yes, it's been a long time. I'm sorry I just kind of got caught up on things and forgot to do make a livejournal post. I'm really extatic right now though!!!! On Wednesday I'm going to see Dir en grey since they're coming to Boston!!!! Yay *starts bouncing off the walls* I can't wait!!.. my Mom's coming but that's okay since she likes Dir en greyXD. I'm going to line up 2 hours before and hopefully I'll get near the front. My friend Sophi is going too but at a different time so hopefully we'll be able to find each other.^^ I've got to pick out my outfit to wear. I've been planning it out in my head for a while so I'll be ready for Wednesday.

Hi guys. I just wanted to say thanks for all of your condolences. I really appreciate it *hugs*. Everything's been delayed so I won't be going to California until next week. So I'll still stalk the internet lol. Thanks again guys.^^



On a lighter note, my Bio group and I presented our project today and we got a 90! So I'm really happy about that since we had to figure out what was wrong with this crazy guy. He thought that everything was wrong with him AND that someone was following him. In class we've started the immune system, which is suppossed to be really hard but, hopefully my grade doesn't drop because I worked hard for my A! XD

EDIT: I AM going to California this weekend. It has been finalized. I was getting tired of everyone changing their minds so I'm glad that everything's been decided.

I can't believe it. She's gone. I just found out that my Grandmother passed away today. I loved her very much. Even though she was in the hospital and we had some sense of warning it still seems unreal. I still can't believe she's no longer on this world anymore, but I know she's in Heaven watching over me. We plan on taking a trip to California to say our final goodbyes. I'm crying right now and I don't know when these tears will stop. I just wish I had had more time with her.

I'm so tired but not （＞,＜）？. I'm a bit excited but I regret having to go back to school the rest of the week. My vacation was so much fun! I played EXTREME Hide-and-Go-Seek with my cousins and sister (basically no lights in a huge old house) lol. Then they prank called people, which was funny to watch.

Today was my first day back at school. I pretty much went from class to class in a daze. It felt so weird using my brain again lol. I got most of my grades too. I think I have all A's except for one B+ in French, which I'm really happy about. I bombed two tests in French so I'm overjoyed that I have a B+. Technically I'm not suppossed to know yet but I kind of peeked at my grade while my teacher was talking to a student with the grade book out. Yes, yes, it was very bad of me but I had to know! I was freaking out‘（＠。＠）／”!!! I'm so relieved *exhales*.

The day has finally arrived!! Everyone is nice and warm, eating delicous food with their families, and listening to carols. Christmas has to be my favorite time of year. I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas《＊＾。＾＊》. My cousins have arrived from Florida and so it has been so much fun goofing around with them. All of my cousins were there and since they're all boys it's been extra fun since they like to act crazy. lol

My Dad's here too and today we went to the Museum of Science and saw Body Worlds 2! It was such an amazing experience and it was really fascinating seeing what we really look like. After that we ate at Legal Sea Food and then went to the movies. We saw In Pursuit of Happyness. It was such a heart-warming movie. I would call today the "bonding" day of the Brooks family. XD

I hope everyone is well and having a wonderful winter break. For presents I recieved tons of DVDs, Cds, PS2 games (yes I have finally received KH2 0_0) and shopping trips. So I am going to be happy for a while.

This week has been absolutely amazing. On Sunday I performed and we played very well. The song sounded just like the original. This makes me want to be in a band even more. I felt so comfortable on stage. It was so much fun and the other bands that performed were great as well. I really enjoyed myself especially considering it started at 10:30A.M. and I left at 1p.m! The time flew by.

I'm thinking of singing with the French Club at school for the winter concert. You have to try out and everything but as long as I get over my cold by Friday, I'll be fine. I was planning on going to anime club though (I haven't been there in ages since I've kind of lost interest). But oh well, there's always next week. There's also a play that will be written by a proffesional and stuff but I don't really think I'll have time to be in it. I'll have to get more details. I'm going to need to get a lot more sleep than I'm getting right now or I'll never get over my cold. The computer is so addictive! *rips herself away from the computer*《＞。＜》

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving (and for those who don't have it, I hope you had a great Thursday). My Thanksgiving break wasn't all that exciting. My sister got a dental surgery last Tuesday so her faced swelled up like a chipmunk's. She was in a lot of pain and was bleeding a lot so she couldn't eat solid food. Then I kind of slacked off on all of my work so Saturday and Sunday I managed to finish it just in time. I also went swimming on Saturday with my Mom, which I was actually pretty fun. Then at 7:15 p.m. I babysat until midnight and made $30. So yup that was my break. It was the most boring Thanksgiving I've ever had (ー_ー).。oO0　.

I'm going to be in a band!! Well, for like two days XD. The place where I take my guitar lessons (Daddy's Junky Music) puts on concerts every year so that the students and teachers can present their skills...or something like that... I'm going to be one of the guitarist in one of the bands. We'll be playing "Steady As She Goes" by The Raconteurs. The song is so addictive and not all that hard to play so I'm pretty confident（＾－＾）.

Oh I'm so excited!*starts spazzing out* My Dad wants to bring my sister and I back to Japan! Yay!!! I'm not sure when we're going and he won't buy the tickets until right before as usual, knowing him lol. But I'm excited to go back. Originally he said he would take us anywhere in the world but I guess he really wants to keep going to Japan. I'll see him on Thanksgiving so I'll ask him questions then. But yay for more traveling. I missed flying in planes (;´д`)*runs off to the airport and hugs a plane*....yah.....*cough cough*

In other news, Biology Lab Reports are BORING. I'm trying to finish mine but it's not really working. It is possibly the most horrible thing I've ever had to do considering while I was typing I couldn't stand the computer. Now that's saying something since computers = ♥. I will finish it though, so I must persevere! (≧∇≦)

Yes yes I know I know, it's been forever since I last posted/commented but I just haven't had the time. So many things have been happening in my life it's amazing. I can't even imagine not having a new thing every single day. The most recent "interesting event" is kind of bad, I guess. My basement's FLOODED!(￣□￣;)


It seems our water heater has broken and so we're waiting for the insurance company to install a new one (which will take a while knowing them). So meanwhile there won't be any hot water in the house! I just had to take a shower (1. I don't want to be stinky Meisha 2. I got dirty water splashed on me because I was helping my mom and 3. because I just like to feel clean XD ). So I took a cold shower- well more of a bath. I basically took water, soaked it in my washcloth, and splashed it all over the place. Who knows if any of it went where it was supposed to go; all I know is that that water was cold (;´д`)ゞ!
Hopefully our water heater is installed tomorrow so I don't have to go through that experience again. Our student from Korea is helping my mom dump some of the water out (there are 50 gallons of water in the tank so it's going to take a while for it to all empty).（＊o＊）

So, on Sunday was the The Roslindale Day Parade. Every year dance school, Dance Academy is in it along with many other organizations. This year I decided that I would give in so I agreed to be in it. My class won "Class of the Year" so we finally got to ride the float!! Yay!! So we wouldn't have to walk or dance the whole two miles. Of course it just had to ran today and of course there is no top to the float so... we got SOAKED! My friend Hayley and I were huddling together under our umbrellas as the rain poured down. Our pink Dance Academy shirts and black pants were soaked but we wtill managed to smile and wave at the crowd.

As soon as I got home I drank a nice cup of hot chocolate with mini marshmallows and took a shower. I had a lot of fun in the parade but I could have done without all the rain (even though I love love rain). At 4p.m. our friend/hairstylist person cut my hair. My hair is really curly so it has "mood swings" sometimes. Cry hair is really tricky since it doesn't curl the same way in all places, i.e. my hair was straighter in one part. So I got it cut and I really like it. It's cute^^. This is the shortest I've ever cut my hair (natural with all the curls it's above my shoulders). But I'm glad I got it cut.（＾ｖ＾）
